How to Book
We ask that all groups book their visit to the galleries. Bookings for our ticketed exhibitions must be made at least two weeks in advance to ensure you receive your tickets in time, although more time is recommended.
School tickets to paid exhibitions are available Monday – Friday. Dedicated entry timeslots for school groups are at 10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 13.00 and 14.00 with up to 30 tickets available per timeslot. We ask groups with 30+ people to book over multiple timeslots.
To book, email us at [email protected] and we will send you the relevant booking form.
If you would like to discuss your booking over the phone, call +44 (0)20 7887 8888 (option 3):

Spring Term 2025 Exhibitions
Please try to remember to bring your tickets. They will be sent via email to your school in advance of your booking. Please contact us if you have not received your tickets.
If, for whatever reason, you do not have your tickets with you on the day of your visit, please advise your lead teacher to go to the Tate Britain ticketing desk to have the tickets reprinted.
We ask that you try to keep to your time slot as much as possible to support capacity within the exhibitions.
We recommend arriving at the gallery at least 30 minutes before your exhibition entry timeslot to allow enough time for orientation.
However, we understand that sometimes issues arise, and we will always attempt to accommodate late arrivals.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be instructed to wait until you can be safely accommodated in the galleries.
Please note, due to capacity you are unable to enter exhibitions before your scheduled time slot.
Once you have entered the exhibition, please split into smaller groups.
